Mini Camp weekend training is in late August to welcome back returning Dirty Birds and meet new players. Come on out and meet the team! 

Players are encouraged to attend both days. ALL Players MUST complete a short registration form available HERE before attending.

Non-Jordan High players (aka Free Agents, those whose high school does not have a team) will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by JUF coaches and Triangle Ultimate prior to the start of the high school season. Free agents are encouraged to attend the August kickoff!

Practices are typically after school (4:30-6:30ish) two to three days a week, and are based on field availability. If fields are not available for our use during the week, a weekend practice may take place. We take an official break from late-November until late-January. Many players continue with player-led "winter workouts". Practice locations are announced on the team's Discord channel.

Jordan participates in the Fall High School League organized by Triangle Ultimate. During the Fall we play against other high schools at a local field. In 2025 we fielded three teams: Capital - Open, Developmental "Dev", and Capital - Girls/GMP and plan to do this in 2026, depending on the number of players. The Fall season ends with the High School States Tournament in November, where all three teams compete. 

You MUST register for Triangle Ultimate's High School League.

After the New Year, we continue as a Juniors club with the Boys Open and the Girls/GMP team, participating in several tournaments. The Developmental team will not compete in the spring of 2027, but all players are welcome to practice with the Open team. 

Tournaments are in the Fall and Spring, some are local and others require out-of-town travel. Some of these tournaments require an accepted bid. Depending on the tournament and player availability, Jordan may send only one combined team or multiple teams. For the past couple of years, we have participated in the following tournaments:
